SHIPPING OPTIONS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Yes, we ship worldwide at very affordable rates. We offer Standard International Shipping (no tracking) and Standard International Shipping (With Tracking) to most destinations.
All Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout before payment and will vary based on the Shipping method you choose, your location and the number of items ordered. Typical shipping costs for a typical order range between $5.90 within Australia and from $9.95 for the rest of the world.
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Within Australia: Standard Registered Post takes between 4 – 10 days depending on your location. Express Post within Australia usually takes 2 – 3 days International: Standard Shipping times vary worldwide but generally take between 10 to 15 business days. Please note: Use delivery times as a guide only as shipping can be delayed, particularly during busy holiday periods (eg: Christmas, Easter etc)
Within Australia – Standard and Express Postage are both trackable. Once your order has been sent we will send you a tracking number – go to www.auspost.com.au/track International Customers – if you have selected Standard International Shipping With Tracking, we will send an email stating your tracking number, go to www.auspost.com.au/track
We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway to process all payments. A global leader in online order processing, this ensures secure payment processing. *We accept all major credit cards and Debit cards with the MasterCard/Visa Logo. You can also use your PayPal account. *Note: you do not need a PayPal account to use your credit/debit card.
We send out an email immediately after you have successfully placed your order. If you have not received this email, please check your email programs spam folder or filter. If you still have no confirmation of your order, you may have entered the wrong email address at the time of ordering, please contact us to ensure your order has been correctly processed.
In many cases, products in the Neolithic range are all unique, “one off” pieces. However, if you have your heart set on an item that is “out of stock”,  feel free to contact us and we may be able to custom make a piece specifically for you!
We often run monthly specials or ongoing promotions. We also regularly post discount coupons you can use at the time of checkout. Follow us on twitter and visit our Facebook page to grab the latest discount coupons, promotions and keep up with the latest deals.
We take great care in accurately representing all products, however we are only human. Images on the site are representative of the style, design and color of the item and meant as a guide only and considering the handmade nature of  Neolithic jewels, some slight variations may occur. If you find an obvious error in any of our listings, please contact us and we will fix it immediately.

CARING FOR YOUR NEOLITHIC JEWELRY

Resin is very durable, however care should be taken around hard surfaces such as tiled floors, concrete etc… as resin is not chip or shatter resistant  if dropped. To restore the natural luster of resin, simply wipe it gently with a warm, soapy cloth, allow to dry then rub a small amount of oil into the surface. Remove excess with a dry cloth. Baby oil, light olive or vegetable oil works well. If the resin appears dirty or stained over time, simply wash with dish-washing liquid and a wet cloth. For stubborn stains, use eucalyptus oil on a cotton ball and rub gently. Once the stain is removed rub a small amount of oil (as above) on the surface of the resin to restore it’s natural lustre.
As with resin, care should be taken around hard surfaces such as tiled floors, concrete etc.. to avoid chipping or shattering. A note about coral. Neolithic uses only “re-constituted coral”. This is dead coral collected from the shore that is then crushed, hand dyed and set in resin. Neolithic and affiliates are strongly against the removal and use of live coral from our precious reefs and water systems.
If you have purchased a beaded Neolithic jewelry piece from our necklace range please hang it to store it. This will avoid kinks in the wire and ensure longevity.

POLICIES

Please ensure your shipping details are correct, products returned to us with an incorrect shipping address will incur additional shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. We have no control over shipping delays, please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive safely, standard shipping times vary worldwide but can take between 10 to 15 business days. Major holiday periods can take a little longer. All care is taken to ensure items are accurately listed on our website, damage free and are carefully checked before being shipped. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Customs has the authority to inspect and open all packages. Please check your countries customs laws regarding  any additional costs that you may  incur.
Images on site should be used as a guide only, color and tones of the item vary since all monitors are calibrated differently. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on perceived slight color variations. All care is taken to ensure items are accurately listed, damage free and are carefully checked before being shipped. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We process refunds where an item has been incorrectly listed, the wrong item has been sent or if the item is damaged. We do not process refunds if you have simply changed your mind or for unwanted gifts. Refunds must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt of the item and are given on the cost of the item only, shipping costs will not be refunded. Customs has the authority to inspect and open all packages sent internationally. Please check your countries customs laws regarding any additional costs that may be incurred. Please Note: If you select Standard Shipping without Tracking, Neolithic can not accept responsibility for non-delivery of your parcel and therefore cannot issue refunds or a replacement order based on non-receipt.

By using our website, you consent to our  privacy policy. We take your privacy seriously. Your name, mailing address and phone number are collected for the sole purpose of processing your order. These details, as well as your email address, will never be passed on to or shared with any third party for any reason whatsoever. We may occasionally send out emails to our valued customers for exclusive deals and/or product updates.
